It's my job.

There's a Jimmy Buffett song called "It's My Job" that highlights a street sweeper who understands his job is to clean up the mess and he whistles while he works. It makes his day to be better at his job than anyone else.

On certain days I play this song over and over because it makes me feel good. There is nothing better than knowing you are good at something and that you've worked hard to get that way.

There is also nothing more rewarding than learning something new that makes you even more talented. I sometimes hear people say they can't find time, but I think if you love what you do, you find all kinds of time to get better.

I really liked my last job - the people, the work we did and the energy.

Right now, my job is to find a job. I'm sure I'll learn a lot.
